Odisha adopts transformational approach in governance: Naveen Patnaik

Odisha: Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik said that his government has taken a revolutionary approach to governance, putting people first.

Patnaik said his government has rolled out the 'Mo Sarkar' (my government) programme with direct random feedback from citizens who visit government institutions for various services to instil high professionalism and monitor citizen feedback at the valedictory session of a regional conference on replication of good governance practises held here.

"The essence of 'Mo Sarkar' is that citizens are supreme in a democracy, and their satisfaction with government service delivery must be taken seriously and used as a baseline for improvement.
