This pickle is a little different which you can easily make. Where mustard spice is added to the ordinary pickle, sesame spice is used in this pickle and you can also keep it for two-three days. Also, the best part of it is that it will take only five minutes to cook and the second thing is that this pickle is slightly healthy as compared to the rest of the pickles because it uses sesame instead of mustard. Also, the use of oil in this pickle is also reduced.

Step 3
Now fill this mixture in the ladyfingers and heat the oil in a pan. Keep in mind that pan should be non-stick as we are using very little oil.

Step 4
Then add curry leaves and fry the ladyfinger well in the pan. Do not fry it too much or else the spices will start burning. Even if this pickle remains a little raw, it will be tasty.

Step 5
After that, remove it from the gas and after that add the remaining lemon juice and roasted sesame to it and mix it well.

Step 6
Although you can eat it immediately but while storing it, take care that it is stored in an airtight container and it does not get moisturized.

Step 7
By the way, this pickle can be stored for 3 days and it tastes very tasty with food.
