Chennai: Companies often offer a variety of incentives to encourage their employees. These include trends ranging from bonuses to the issue of shares, many times some companies also give expensive gifts to employees in exchange for their hard work. Chennai-based IT company Kissflow Inc has done a similar startling job. The company gifted BMW cars to 5 employees who performed brilliantly last week.

The company's CEO gave this gift to five employees who have overcome the existential threat at the time of the Corona pandemic and helped them earn even in adverse conditions. At an event held on Friday, BMW cars were given to the five senior employees, which are priced at Rs 1-1 crore. The five employees did not even know about it in advance. He came to know about this surprise gift only a few hours ago.

Suresh Sambandam, CEO of the same company, said that all the five employees who have been given BMW cars as gifts have been with them since the inception of the company. He said that some of the gift recipients have very simple backgrounds and have faced a lot of challenges before joining the company. He said that the company itself has faced many adverse situations. Even at the time of the Corona epidemic, some investors of the company had expressed apprehensions about being able to operate successfully. Sambandam said, "We had a tough time ahead of us. Even at the time of the pandemic, investors had become suspicious that the company would be able to run. Today, we are very happy that we have returned the investors' money and have become a completely private company. These cars are for the 5 people who were with me then when I was digging 100 feet to sleep. By digging gold, Kissflo Ceto meant that while many people were leaving in the middle, these five stayed with them. The five lucky employees were gifted the BMW 530d model by the company's CEO. The price of these Cars of the Navy Blue 5 series is 1-1 crore rupees. The employees who were given the gifts include Chief Product Officer Dinesh Varadarajan, Director, Product Management Kaushikram Krishnasai, Director Vivek Madurai, Director Adi Ramanathan and Vice-President Prasanna Rajendran.
