The cultural hub of the world New York the global city is seemingly attracting the aliens. Aliens have their eyes on the city home to Broadway. Sightings of UFOs or Unidentified Flying Objects in New York City in the year 2020 have gone up by 31 per cent from 2019. 

46 such objects were spotted in the glitzy skies of the city in 2020, as compared to 35 such sightings in 2019. But in comparison with 2018, 2020 sightings were  jumped by 283 per cent, according to data from the National UFO Reporting Center. Brooklyn saw the most number, 12 alien encounters. At second was Manhattan with 11, and Queens with 10. Staten Island saw 8 such encounters, and Bronx saw five. Few sightings like “oval” aircraft sounded like a helicopter on July 21, 2020 witnessed by a Staten Islander claimed that it unleashed a surge of radiation in their body.
