The festival of Rakshabandhan is around the corner and people are preparing for this festival on their own level. The festival of Rakshabandhan will be celebrated this time on 3 August 2020. This time, due to Rakshabandhan, Chinese dynasties are also being boycotted and a recent example of this has come from Indore in Madhya Pradesh. Where indigenous Rakhi are being manufactured on a large scale.

The feeling of boycott of imported goods from China is also evident in the locals of Indore. At the same time, Bharatiya Janata Party MP from Indore Shankar Lalwani also has a big hand in this matter. BJP MP Shankar Lalwani told that he is making one lakh indigenous Rakhi from NGOs in view of the proximity of Rakshabandhan festival.

Women from 22 NGOs are doing work

Giving further information about this, MP Shankar Lalwani said, "After PM Modi's appeal to make India self-reliant, we are constructing one lakh indigenous ashis with the help of women associated with 22 NGOs of the city so that the local market I can challenge the Chinese as well as the Chinese as well. He also believed that it would take some time for indigenous makers to make rakhi. But this is reinforcing the spirit of the people of Indore to boycott China completely. According to the information, the amount collected from the sale of these dates will be provided to NGOs.
