Aligarh: 108 killed due to poisonous liquor, BJP leader Rishi Sharma arrested

Aligarh: Liquor continues to wreak havoc in Aligarh. So far 108 people have lost their lives in the district and it has been due to poisonous liquor. As part of the recent information, the police have arrested rishi sharma, the main accused in the liquor case, from Bulandshahr border this morning.  Over his information a reward of one lakh rupees is promised.

Earlier on Saturday, another accused, 25,000 rupees reward, has been arrested. There are also reports that the illegally constructed farmhouse of BJP leader Rishi Sharma was demolished by running JCB. The death toll due to poisonous liquor is not going to stop here. There are also reports that the mafia has thrown poisonous liquor into canals for fear of work after the screws were tightened.

As a result, 10 labourers were first killed when they drank indigenous liquor found in the Jawan Canal. Similarly, in Accrabad, the condition of the labourers was worsened due to drinking of paaus found in sheikha canal. Five labourers from Bihar died last Saturday while undergoing treatment at JN Medical College.
