Srinagar: The news of an encounter between security forces and terrorists in Anantnag district of Jammu and Kashmir is coming out. A terrorist has also been reported killed in this encounter. It is being told that an AK-47 rifle has also been found from the terrorist. The security forces are still conducting a search operation in the area.

According to media reports, the Khifia agency received input from some militants hiding in Larnu area of Anantnag district. On the basis of this information, the security forces surrounded the whole area and started a search operation. During this time, seeing themselves surrounded, the terrorists started firing on the security forces. The security forces asked the terrorists to surrender but the terrorists kept firing continuously.

Finally, the security forces also took the front and started firing on the terrorists. In which a terrorist collapsed. An AK-47 rifle has also been recovered by security forces from the capture of the slain terrorist. Earlier in the encounter between security forces and terrorists in central Kashmir's Budgam district, a terrorist was arrested by the security forces. While the SPO escaped from the spot.
