Malegaon: Due to the central government ban on onion exports, farmers have flared up. Onion-producing farmers in Nifad Shantinagar area of Nashik parked their tractors and trolleys on the road and protested against the government. Due to this movement, vehicles were blocked on both sides of the route. On Nasik-Aurangabad highway, farmers agitated after onion prices fell near Vinchur.

In fact, in the Vinchur vegetable market, traders did not participate in the purchase of onions, which provoked farmers. Businesses are sceptical about the ban on onion exports and stocking 500 quintals of onion. That is why they did not think it appropriate to visit Mandi. Seeing the loss, the farmers got angry and started the movement on the way.

Therefore, the export of all varieties of onions is banned with immediate effect".
