1 - Kuttey

Kuttey features Shardul Bhardwaj, Tabu, Arjun Kapoor, Konkona Sensharma, Kumud Mishra, Radhika Madan, and Naseeruddin Shah in main roles. The story revolves around three gangs who cross each other's paths on a rainy night in the outskirts of Mumbai. What follows is bullets, blood and betrayal. If you are a fan of crooked gangsters and wild narratives, then add ‘Kuttey’ to your binge-watch list.

2 - Black Adam

Hollywood star Dwayne Johnson starrer Black Adam  is part of the DC Extended Universe. It also features Dany Garcia, Hiram Garcia, and Beau Flynn in pivotal roles. The anti-hero movie Black Adam depicts the tale of Teth Adam, who attained godly abilities in the imaginary Middle Eastern nation of Kahndaq in ancient times. He spent approximately 5,000 years in prison for abusing his authority. It is the first-ever film to explore the story of Black Adam, based on the character from DC Comics.

3 - Rocket Boys Season 2

Another highly rated show is hitting SonyLIV which had a successful season 1 with a cast that includes Jim Sarbh, Ishwak Singh, Regina Cassandra and Saba Azad. According to the official synopsis, amidst global conflict and enemies charging our borders, India becoming a nuclear nation was the only deterrent to imminent threats of war.

4 - The Whale 

The Whale, an American psychological drama film, had its Indian debut. The plot of the film, which also stars Sadie Sink, Hong Chau, Ty Simpkins, and Samantha Morton in pivotal parts, centres on an introverted, morbidly obese English teacher who attempts to reconnect with his emotionally distant teen daughter. It’s based on a famous play by Samuel D hunter and also stars Hong Chau and Sadie Sink. For the film, Brendan Fraser won the Best Actor award at Oscars 2023. It was his comeback role.

5 - Vaathi

Vaathi which roughly translates to Leader is an upcoming period coming-of-age action drama movie. The story follows a young man’s life and his struggles against the privatization of education. Vaathi tells the story of a government junior Maths lecturer who goes all the way to educate the underprivileged students of a village against the corporate exploitation. It stars Sai Kumar, Tanikella Bharani, Samuthirakani, Thotapalli Madhu, Narra Srinivas, Pammi Sai, Hyper Aadi, Sha Ra, Aadukalam Naren, Ilavarasu, Rajendran, Hareesh Peradi, and Praveena as supporting actors.
