In the Pakistan Super League, The Pakistan batsman Shahzaib Hasan became the fourth player to be provisionally suspended and charge by the board as part of an anti-corruption investigation relating to the spot-fixing scandal.
Shahzaib is the only one who represented Pakistan in three one-day internationals and 10 T20 matches, and now has been charged with three violations of the PCB's anti-corruption code Articles 2.1.4, 2.4.4 and 2.4.5 and has 14 days to respond to the charge.
The PCB said in a statement "The Pakistan Cricket Board has today issued Shahzaib Hasan a notice of the charge and provisionally suspended him with immediate effect from participating in all forms of cricket."
The statement said that PCB ACU’s investigations into corrupt practices will continue.
