Washington: US President Joe Biden has not yet called Pak PM Imran Khan. The pain is also visible in the statements of Pakistani leaders. After Pakistan's National Security Advisor (NSA) Moeed Yusuf, Pakistani Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi has also suffered.

However, Qureshi has also warned the US in the meantime. Biden has spoken to top leaders from all over the world since taking office. Qureshi said US should give Pakistan the status it deserves. Qureshi said the US wants Pakistan to help stop the Taliban in Afghanistan, but Biden has not yet spoken to PM Imran Khan on the matter.

Talking to local media, Shah Mahmood Qureshi said Islamabad should be concerned about Biden's phone call. He said that if the US wants to get rid of Pakistan, it will only harm them. However, after making statements against the US, Qureshi also expressed confidence that Pakistan and the US have the same thinking on various issues.
