Islamabad: Pakistan has given a big blow to its best friend China. Pakistan has banned the Chinese app Tiktok. According to the information, Pakistan has banned Tiktok because Tiktok did not follow the guidelines given by the Pakistan Telecom Authority.

The Pakistan Telecom Authority (PTA) had earlier instructed Tit-Tok to take action against the objectionable videos. Pak has imposed a ban on Tit-Tok for obscene videos available on the platform. Earlier, Pakistan had warned Tiktok. However, fearing China, Pakistan has also clarified that the ban will be lifted if Tik-Tok makes possible changes and follows the guideline issued by the Pakistan Telecom Authority.

Pakistan had claimed that other social media apps, including Tik-Tok, are working to spread vulgarity in society. Earlier, Pakistan Telecom Authority has banned five dating apps. These apps have also been banned because this app was spreading obscenity in society. In this case, Pakistan's PM Imran Khan had given instructions to take action.
