Islamabad: Pakistan is not allowing India to meet retired naval officer Kulbhushan Jadhav despite clear instructions from the International Court of Justice. Senior advocate and India's advocate in the International Court, Harish Salve says that in view of Pakistan's attitude, India will have to knock the door of the International Court once again.

Giving information about the case related to retired naval officer Kulbhushan Jadhav in an online lecture, Harish Salve said that Pakistan has made it a point of pride. We have written many letters to Pakistan, they always refuse. Harish Salve said, "I think we have reached a position where we may have to decide whether we should go to the International Court again to give directions to Pakistan once again, Because Pakistan has not moved even one step on the previous order of the court. "

Let us tell you that Pakistan has accused Jadhav of baseless and false allegations of espionage. A military court there (whose existence is now over) sentenced Kulbhushan Jadhav to death. He is currently imprisoned in Pakistan. Pakistan has arrested them illegally. When India went to the International Court against it, in July 2019, the court asked Pakistan to effectively reconsider the decision of the court and let India meet Kulbhushan Jadhav without delay. But Pakistan is not agreeing.
