Islamabad: The opposition parties have come together against Pakistan's PM Imran Khan. On Sunday, opposition parties together held a conference in Pakistan's capital Islamabad. All the parties together named it the All Party Conference (APC).

It is reported that the protest against the Imran Khan government may begin after the event is held. Pakistan's former PM Nawaz Sharif also participated in the conference, though he recorded his presence through video conferencing. Nawaz Sharif has been ill for quite some time and is undergoing treatment at a London hospital. Besides Nawaz, Pakistan People's Party (PPP) Vice President Asif Ali Zardari also joined the programme through video conferencing.

PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto took the initiative of the meeting. In the meeting, former PM Nawaz Sharif said that "This struggle is not against Imran Khan but against the people who have seated Imran Khan in the chair. Our priority is to topple the present government because Imran Khan has been brought to power by bungling the election".
