After the political stir, questions are being raised in Pakistan about the religion of the military chief General Qamar Ahmed Bajwa. The petition said that Rizwan did not tell the government that Bajwa was not related to Muslim religion. The government led by Imran Khan has extended Bajwa's term for three years. Significantly, according to the constitution of Pakistan, a non-Muslim officer cannot be made a military chief.
