Jammu: Today, Pakistani troops conducted a shelling along the International Border in RS Pura sector in Jammu injuring six civilians. The firing started on Wednesday night.
According to police sources, “After Pakistan Rangers used 82 mm mortar shells to target civil and Border Security Force (BSF) facilities in RS Pura, the BSF retaliated effectively using same calibre weapons”.
"Shelling and firing exchanges took place in Korotana Kurd, Bidipur, Jattan, Abdullian, Chandu Chak, Shamka and Hansu Chak areas", added sources.
