Paneer Corn Rolls -

Ingredients Required-
Grated cheese 100 gms
Corn half a cup of corn
Bread Slices 8
Finely chopped onion 2
Ginger-garlic paste 1/2 tsp
Finely chopped green chilies 2-3
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Cornflour 3 tbsp
Tomato ketchup 1 tbsp
Oil for frying
Salt to taste

Method of preparation - For this, put 1-2 spoons of oil in a pan on medium flame and keep it for heating. Now when the oil is hot, add onion, ginger-garlic paste, green chili, black pepper powder and lemon juice and fry it while stirring for 2-3 minutes. After this, add corn, cottage cheese, ketchup and salt in the pan, mix well and cool the prepared spices after taking them off the flame. After this, prepare a thick batter by adding corn flour, a little salt and water in a bowl and put oil in the pan and keep it in medium flame to heat. Cut and roll all four sides of the bread slices. Now after this, place 1-2 prepared spices in between these sliced bread slices and roll them while rolling. Now dip the roll in the corn floor solution and then put it in the oil and fry till it becomes golden. Make the rest of the rolls in this way. Paneer Corn Rolls are ready.
