Everyone will like this dish. Kathi rolls are very popular in North India as street food. You can make it in just 30 minutes. You can eat it with your favourite chutney.

Necessary ingredients :

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 tsp curd (for the flour)

Ghee (to fry parantha)

Egg yolks

Paneer tikka

1/2 cup onion, finely chopped

Green chilli as per taste, finely chopped

2 tsp salt

Green chutney

Recipe :

To make it, first of all, add curd and salt to the flour and make a soft dough. Then cover it and keep it aside for 2-3 hours. Now mix green chillies, onion, lemon juice and salt together and keep aside. Now place a pan on a flame to heat it. Then apply dry flour to 1/8 ″ thickness from the flour and roll the roti. Now put the prepared bread on it keeping the flame high. Then when bubbles start appearing on the roti, then flip it over and break the egg and put it on it. Now add a little ghee and bake the edges on low heat. Then when it turns brown from the other side, then flip it over and roast it for a few seconds. Now take the paratha off the flame, keep the egg side on top, then put a little sauce on it and tikka with a line. After this, serve it by rolling onion mixture and roll it.
