Ingredients for making papad vegetables -
Urad daal papad: 1
Oil: 3 tsp
Cumin seeds: 1 tsp
Bay leaf: 1
Mustard: 1 tsp
Asafoetida: 1 tsp
Onion pyori: 1/2 cup
Tomato pyori: 1/2 cup (2 tomatoes)
Coriander powder: 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder: 1 tsp
Red chili powder(red chili): 1 tsp
Salt: 1 cup (according to taste)
Curd: 2 tsp
Garam masala: 1 tsp
Method of making papad vegetable - First of all take any pan and put oil in it. After that, add cumin seeds, rye, asafoetida, and leaves and saute until golden color. Now put the whole of the onion in it and roast it. After this, add tomato puree to it. Along with this, add coriander powder, turmeric powder, and red chili powder and roast it for 5 minutes. It will take some time to roast the spices, so fry the papad till then. If the spice is ready, add a little water to it and mix it. Now add garam masala, curd, and salt to it according to the taste and cook it for 2-3 minutes. Finally, break the papad in it and put it in it, and also put the chopped coriander leaf. Now turn off the gas altogether.
