Shah Rukh Khan,  Deepika Padukone, and John Abraham’s Pathaan is one of the most awaited films of the year. On the one hand, people are calling for its Boycott because of Deepika’s Bikini saffron color. Meanwhile on the other hand SRK’s fans are very excited for the film and this is evident from the advance booking of the film.

King Khan is making sure his comeback film gets the widest release across the globe. The film is releasing in record-breaking 100+ countries and will screen in more than 2500 screens overseas alone.  Taran Adarsh shared on Tuesday morning, “#Xclusiv: ‘PATHAAN’ AT RECORD 100+ COUNTRIES, 2500+ SCREENS *OVERSEAS*… #Pathaan hits a century… Will be released in 100+ countries, the HIGHEST for any #Indian film ever… Total screen count: 2500+ [#Overseas]… A heartening sign for theatrical biz, especially post pandemic.”

Speaking about the sales of ticket, over a million tickets have already been sold on movie booking website BookMyShow and the numbers are expected to go much higher by Tuesday night. The cinema chain INOX has also confirmed a sale of 2.75 lakh tickets by Monday. INOX Movies tweeted, “India goes berserk! A whopping 2.75 lakh #Pathaan tickets sold till weekend across all INOX cinemas in India! Do not miss the craze, book your tickets now for the biggest action blockbuster of 2023. JUST 2 DAYS FOR PATHAAN.”

Pathaan, marks Shah Rukh Khan’s return to the big screen in over four years. The action thriller also stars John Abraham and is directed by Siddharth Aanand. The film is scheduled to be released in theatres on January 25, 2023. It will be released in Tamil and Telugu dubbed versions apart from Hindi.
