In connection with Uphaar cinema tragedy the Patiala House Court, today will announce its decision on the plea by the Delhi Police which says that both Gopal Ansal and Sushil Ansal should get permission from the court before leaving the country.
On February 9, the Gopal Ansal was sentenced to one-year jail imprisonment by the court and due to health conditions, Sushil Ansal was not sentenced to Jail.
In 1997 fire broke out in Uphaar Cinema during the filming of a film in which many people lost their life while many suffered injuries.
