Patna: The Patna High Court of Bihar has responded to the issue of giving lower pay scales to Section Officer Ramnaval Sharma, who retired from Samastipur Women's College. In fact, the High Court has questioned the functioning of the Nitish government and made serious remarks. The high court also imposed a fine of 20,000 rupees on the principal secretary of the education department. A single bench of Justice Chakradhari Sharan Singh has approved a writ petition in the case.
In fact, the High Court judge commented, "In the eyes of the court, no institution defined in the Constitution of India can act without a mind and the state has shamefully defended it instead of correcting its errors. In fact, the petition was filed by Ramnaval to order payment of dues on the right pay scale and basis for himself.''
Let us also tell all of you that Ramnaval Sharma retired in 2011 from the post of Cashpal of Samastipur Women's College under Lalit Narayan Mithila University. Subsequently, the Government of Bihar had fixed the post of Head Assistant and Cashpal in the University as Section Officer with effect from 2007. Which was a lower-level post from his present post. Now, the court has ruled it wrong.
