For your information, He (Turtle) had a lot of trouble in walking, which made him a disabled turtle. According to information, a disabled turtle named Pedro suffered a leg injury after he went missing. A few months ago, he had fled from home and when he came back, he had lost his back feet.
Pedro's owner took him to a medical center where he found out that the turtle was fine except that he had lost both his back legs in accidents.
Ginger Guttner, communications manager at Lusu's School of Veterinary Medicine, told CNN that there were nothing health-related problems with pet turtles. Since he did not have legs, doctors decided to find a solution to it. "Most of the special equipment we use are made for a particular case and the same thing happened in the turtle case," Guttner said.
