Bhopal: Leader of Opposition in Madhya Pradesh Govind Singh has targeted the government over its decision to withdraw Rs 2000 note from circulation. He compared PM Narendra Modi to Mohammad bin Tughlaq. He said that the way Tughlaq used to take decisions overnight and did not ask anyone. In the same way, PM Narendra Modi also suddenly takes any decision. They don't even think about what will be the result of that.

Govind Singh said that till date the government has not told why the Rs 2000 note was introduced and why it is being withdrawn. Nothing was told about how many notes were printed and how many came back. The public has to bear the consequences of such decisions of the government. Govind Singh has also attacked Madhya Pradesh BJP state president BD Sharma. The Leader of the Opposition, who reached Jabalpur, said that the BJP leaders accuse the Congress, but do not see their own side. These days the BJP is doing the work of scolding the thief Kotwal in reverse.

Govind Singh said that after becoming the state president, BD Sharma has done a lot of scams. Flaying the rules, Sharma posted his wife to a higher position in the Agricultural University. Along with this, the father-in-law was made the Vice-Chancellor of the Agricultural University. Not only this, they have engaged their favorite leaders in the work of mining. The BJP has done a scam of crores of rupees while in the state government. Officers are being given a free hand to do scams.
