New Delhi: On the occasion of Women's Day, an online survey has been done by UC Browser. The results of this survey are shocking. This is because even in the 21st century, there has not been much change in people's thinking. The UC was asked whether the short dresses is responsible to sexual offenses against women? In response to this, 70% of the people said that yes, sexual exploitation is done only because of small clothes. In addition to this, 63% of the people in response to another question asked that most of the decisions are taken by men in their homes.
