On this new case, the state Health Minister Vishwajit Rane told the media that a person COVID-19 positive has been found in Mandaram, North Goa, on March 19, this person returned from Goa via Mumbai, returning from Mozambique and Kenya. After this he got himself admitted in the hospital.
