After remaining unchanged for three consecutive days, petrol and diesel prices have come down on Thursday. Apart from this, the price of petrol and diesel has decreased by five to six paise in many big cities of India. With this, on Thursday, February 27, the price of petrol in the national capital Delhi has come down to the lowest level of the last five months. Apart from this, the fall in prices is due to the decrease in the price of Brent crude oil, while the price of crude oil has seen a decline for the fifth consecutive day due to the rise in new cases of coronavirus outside China.

In Delhi, petrol is down by five paise at Rs 71.96 per litre on Thursday and diesel is also down by five paise at Rs 64.65 per litre. Diesel is selling at Rs 74.60 per litre and diesel is also down by five paise at Rs 66.97 per litre.

Talking about Mumbai, the price of petrol has come down by five paise to Rs 77.62 and diesel is down by five paise at Rs 67.75. With this, the price of petrol in Chennai has fallen by six paise on Thursday, due to which it is being sold at Rs 74.75 per litre. At the same time, diesel is down by five paise at Rs 68.27 per litre.
