Oil companies did not change the prices of petrol and diesel on Tuesday. This is the 24th consecutive day that there has been no change in the prices of petrol and diesel. Earlier, petrol prices were hiked on July 17, but prices have remained stable since then. With no price hike, petrol is being sold at Rs 101.84 per liter and diesel at Rs 89.87 per liter in the national capital.

In Mumbai, petrol is priced at Rs 107.83 per liter and diesel is selling at Rs 97.45 per liter. Mumbai has the highest fuel price among the four metros. However, petrol prices have crossed Rs 100 per liter in all metros. Petrol price in Chennai is Rs 102.49 per liter and in Kolkata, it is Rs 101.08 per liter. Diesel is also Rs 94.39 and Rs 93.02 per liter in both the cities respectively.
