New Delhi: Petrol and diesel prices have gone up sharply today. Petrol-diesel prices were kept stable on Friday, while oil prices rose on Saturday. State-run oil companies today dealt a major blow to petrol-diesel customers. Today petrol and diesel prices have been hiked by 35-35 paise drastically. While the price of petrol in the capital Delhi went up to Rs 98.11 per litre on Saturday, diesel also touched Rs 88.65 per litre.

Petrol crossed Rs 100 per litre in many cities today. Petrol crossed Rs 100 in Patna, the capital of Bihar, and Thiruvananthapuram, the capital of Kerala. Petrol in Patna went up to Rs 100 per litre. At thiruvananthapuram, it reached Rs 100.09 per litre.
