New Delhi: Petrol and diesel prices continue to be relieved across the country. Oil companies have not hiked petrol and diesel prices on Thursday as well. It is learnt that the Central Government had reduced the excise duty on petrol and diesel by giving a big gift to the people on Deepawali, which brought a lot of relief to the people. The relief continued on Thursday when oil companies did not raise prices in the morning. Petrol is being sold at Rs 103.97 and diesel at Rs 86.67 per Liter in the capital Delhi.

Oil companies issue petrol and diesel prices every morning. There was no change in the prices released this morning. Petrol prices in Mumbai are sold at Rs 109.98 per Liter and diesel prices are Rs 94.14 per Liter. Petrol is priced at Rs 104.67 and diesel at Rs 89.79 per Liter in Kolkata, while in Chennai, one Liter of petrol is priced at Rs 101.40 and diesel at Rs 89.79 per Liter. In addition, coming to Bengaluru, petrol is being sold at Rs 100.58 per Liter and diesel at Rs 85.01 and Hyderabad at Rs 108.20 per Liter and diesel at Rs 94.62 per Liter.

Oil marketing companies fix the price of petrol and diesel daily after reviewing the prices.
