The last month of Hindu Panchag is Phalgun month. Apart from this, it is also called Fagun Mass. The Hindu New Year begins after this month. According to Hindu Panchag, the first month of the new year is Chaitra and the last Phalgun. This year, the month of Phalgun starts on Monday 10 February, which will end on 9 March. Apart from this, there will be many big festivals and dates during this period and the deities will be worshiped on those date festivals. At the beginning of this month, the weather starts warming up and the winter begins to farewell.

The same is the time of spring in Phalgun month, so the surroundings are quite different. In the same month, Mahashivaratri, the favorite festival of Mahadev, comes in Falgun. At the same time, Holi, the festival of colors, also comes this month. Apart from this, where there is special legislation of Shiva worship on Mahashivratri, every corner of the country is drenched with colors on the occasion of Holi. The same scriptural belief is that the moon was born on Maharishi Atri and Goddess Anusuya on the full moon of Falgun month. For this reason, on this day, special worship of the moon is prayed to fulfill the desire of the moon.

The Dwadashi date of the month of Falgun also has special significance. Worshipping Lord Vishnu on this day, if Phalgun Dwadashi is accompanied by Shravan Nakshatra, gives him his blessings. The full moon of the month of Phalgun is celebrated as Uttir in South India. The same Falgun Krishna Ashtami gets his grace by doing special worship to Goddess Lakshmi and Sita. Apart from this, bathing with normal water should be done in Falgun month. Food should be taken lightly. One should eat less grains and more fruits. Wear fragrant clothes and use fragrance. Avoid its vengeful diet and abstain from drugs. Worship Lord Shri Krishna with various fragrant flowers.
