The last month of Hindu Panchag is Phalgun month. Apart from this, it is also called Fagun Mass. The Hindu New Year begins after this month. The Dwadashi date of the month of Falgun also has special significance. Worshipping Lord Vishnu on this day, if Phalgun Dwadashi is accompanied by Shravan Nakshatra, gives him his blessings. The full moon of the month of Phalgun is celebrated as Uttir in South India. The same Falgun Krishna Ashtami gets his grace by doing special worship to Goddess Lakshmi and Sita. Apart from this, bathing with normal water should be done in Falgun month. Food should be taken lightly. One should eat less grains and more fruits. Wear fragrant clothes and use fragrance. Avoid its vengeful diet and abstain from drugs. Worship Lord Shri Krishna with various fragrant flowers.
