Lucknow: Lockdown is applicable across the country due to global epidemic coronavirus. The number of patients is continuously increasing. Scientists and doctors from all over the world are engaged in research to find a vaccine for this disease. Meanwhile, plasma therapy has emerged as a ray of hope, which has already been used in the treatment of the virus. Now this therapy is also being used for the treatment of coronavirus.

The KGMU hospital in Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh, has also started using plasma therapy to treat corona patients. On Saturday, two people, including a doctor from the hospital, donated their plasma after getting permission from the ICMR and Drug Controller of India to use plasma therapy and antibody titer kits. Both of them were infected with corona and have completely recovered after treatment.

It is said that in order to start plasma therapy at KGMU, doctors Tausif of the hospital and Umashankar of Lakhimpur Kheri donated the plasma. Let us tell you that Dr. Tausif was also found to be corona infected. After this treatment took place and Tausif recovered and stayed in home Quarantine for 14 days after being discharged from the hospital.
