Chandigarh: A strange sight was witnessed in Chandigarh, Punjab's capital, on Tuesday, where players were seen sitting half-naked in front of the CM's residence. They were Para Athlete from Punjab, Who was sitting in front of the residence of Punjab CM Captain Amarinder Singh. The players involved in this act have played at the national and international level, but are still unemployed.

The patience of these players, who are facing the brunt of unemployment, has now given an answer. Now they have reached in front of the house of Punjab CM Captain Amarinder Singh. The players have threatened and said that if they do not get employment, they will return their awards and honors. Due to this, differently-abled para-athletes sat on a strike against the Congress government of Punjab and started demanding jobs.

To meet their demands, they put the medals and trophies won in competitions on the road and took off their shirts. After a long time, 3 special players were sent as representatives of these para-athletes to the Chief Minister's residence, who submitted a memorandum to the CM Captain Amarinder Singh. However, so far no response came from the Punjab government.
