New Delhi:  On Tuesday, July 25, 2023, Prime Minister Narendra Modi took a sardonic swipe at the opposition alliance I.N.D.I.A. (Indian National Developmental, Inclusive Alliance) by drawing parallels with historically notorious names such as the East India Company and Popular Front of India. He emphasized that the mere use of the country's name wouldn't deceive the people.

In his address to the BJP parliamentary party, Mr. Modi expressed that the opposition seemed disheartened and frustrated, and their actions showed their firm decision to remain in the opposition, according to sources.

Confident about the BJP's future, Mr. Modi asserted that with the support of the people, his government would ascend to power after the 2024 polls, and India would rank as the third-largest economy during his next term.

Reacting to the opposition's focus on the name 'INDIA,' Mr. Modi retorted that it was merely an attempt to misguide the public, as reported by sources.

To drive his point home, the Prime Minister cited several organizations that incorporated the term 'India' in their names, demonstrating that such nomenclature alone carried no substantial impact, sources revealed.
During his retort, he specifically mentioned several organizations that also incorporated 'India' in their names, effectively making the point that such nomenclature alone holds no significant impact, as per the sources.

In a noteworthy move, 26 opposition parties have recently joined forces to establish the Indian National Developmental Inclusive Alliance (INDIA). Their objective is to challenge the BJP-led NDA in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections scheduled for next year.
