Prime Minister Modi gave two first information: As it has been learned that PM Narendra Modi had tweeted that by issuing a commemorative coin of 75 rupees on the occasion of 75th anniversary of FAO on October 16, ie at 11 am today. It has been given and 17 biofortified varieties of 8 crops recently developed have also been dedicated to the nation.
According to the information received, while releasing the coin, PM Narendra Modi said that this year's Nobel Peace Prize was awarded with the World Food Program which is a big achievement. India is happy that our contribution and engagement with it is going to be historic. In a statement issued by the PM Office (PMO) 2 days ago, it was said that the program is dedicated to the highest priority given by the government to the agriculture and nutrition sector. At the same time, it is being contributed to strengthen the government's resolve to end hunger, undernutrition and malnutrition completely.
