Mumbai: The Congress and the opposition have put up a front against the Modi government. Even though PM Narendra Modi has given the answer in Rajya Sabha and Lok Sabha, but the opposition does not seem to leave the issue of Adani. On the other hand, the opposition has been incensed by the removal of part of the statements of Rahul Gandhi and Mallikarjun Kharge from the proceedings of the Parliament. Meanwhile, Maharashtra Congress President Nana Patole on Saturday said that Rahul Gandhi and Mallikarjun Kharge raised serious questions in Parliament while the PM gave a speech as if he was speaking at a paan shop.

In fact, former MP Patole was discussing with the media in Pune about the deletion of Rahul Gandhi's remarks on the Adani issue from the records of the Lok Sabha. Due to this, he said, "Our leader Rahul Gandhi asked questions related to Adani and what is the relationship between (PM Narendra) Modi ji and Adani and what SEBI and RBI are doing, all these questions were removed from the records of the Lok Sabha."

As per reports received, Patole alleged that the money invested by common people in LIC and State Bank of India was being "looted". He further said that Rahul Gandhi raised questions in Lok Sabha and Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge raised questions in Rajya Sabha. The PM gave such a speech as if he was giving a speech at a paan shop. Let us inform you that earlier Mallikarju Kharge had said that we did not get the answers on which we wanted. Everyone has got freedom. We should also get freedom under the rules. Mallikarjun Kharge expressed displeasure over the removal of some parts of his address from the Rajya Sabha proceedings and said that we talked about a washing machine, we talked about Mouni Baba. After 75 years, this matter of friendship was also removed from the proceedings. We did not say anything unparliamentary.
