Cairo: PM Narendra Modi has reached Egypt after visiting America. During this, PM Modi met with President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi in Cairo, the capital of Egypt. At the same time, PM Modi has been honored with the highest honor in Egypt. PM Modi has been awarded the 'Order of the Nile' by President Al-Sisi, Egypt's highest award.

Let us tell you that PM Modi has received many international awards during his tenure of the last nine years. The Egyptian State Award is the 13th highest state honor conferred on Prime Minister Modi by various countries of the world. PM Modi also visited the Al-Hakim Mosque, an 11th-century mosque that holds cultural significance for the Dawoodi Bohra community in Cairo. For the first time since 1997, an Indian Prime Minister has visited Egypt. It is also worth noting that the credit for the restoration of the Al-Hakim Masjid mosque goes to Sultan Mufaddal Saifuddin of the Indian Bohra community and their spiritual leader, Al-Dai al-Mutlaq.

During the visit, PM Modi held discussions with Egyptian Prime Minister Mustafa Madbouly and key cabinet ministers to further strengthen business ties and strategic partnership between Egypt and India. PM Modi visited the Heliopolis War Memorial in Cairo, Egypt and paid tribute to the Indian soldiers who sacrificed their lives during World War I.
