Prime Minister Narendra Modi made a visit to the Sri Venkateswara Swami Temple in the hill town of Tirumala, located in the Tirupati district of Andhra Pradesh. His visit, aimed at seeking blessings for the well-being and prosperity of all Indians, took place around 8 am.

Expressing his prayers, Prime Minister Modi stated, "At the Sri Venkateswara Swamy Temple in Tirumala, I prayed for the good health, well-being, and prosperity of the 1.4 billion Indians." He shared this sentiment on the social media platform X (previously known as Twitter). During his visit, the temple priests bestowed Vedic blessings upon him.

The Prime Minister arrived in Tirumala on Sunday night, where he was warmly welcomed by Andhra Pradesh Governor S Abdul Nazeer and Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy at the Reniginta Airport.

Following his temple visit, Prime Minister Modi's itinerary includes a trip to the election-bound state of Telangana for an extensive campaign. Over the course of three days, he plans to address six election rallies and conduct a roadshow in Hyderabad on Monday. His accommodation for the night will be at Raj Bhavan. Telangana is preparing for Assembly elections scheduled on November 30.
