Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi is scheduled to take part in the 'Veer Baal Diwas' event on December 26, 2023, at 10:30 AM at Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi. During this event, he will inaugurate a march-past by the youth in Delhi.

To commemorate this occasion, the Government has organized inclusive programs nationwide aimed at informing and educating citizens, particularly young children, about the remarkable bravery of the Sahibzades. A digital exhibition depicting the life stories and sacrifices of the Sahibzades will be showcased in schools and childcare institutions across the country. Additionally, a film centered on 'Veer Baal Diwas' will be screened nationwide, and various online competitions, such as interactive quizzes, will be conducted through the MYBharat and MyGov portals.

On the Prakash Purab of Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji on January 9, 2022, the Prime Minister had declared December 26th to be observed as 'Veer Bal Diwas' in remembrance of the martyrdom of Sri Guru Gobind Singh’s sons, Sahibzadas Baba Zorawar Singh Ji and Baba Fateh Singh Ji.
