In the last 24 hours, 4100 people have lost their lives due to corona. The death toll has risen to 5,20,855. It is being told that many states have cleared the backlog. This has led to an increase in the number of deaths. More than 182.87 crore people have been vaccinated against COVID-19 in the country so far.
After the assembly elections in five states, the issue of price rise and increase in petrol and diesel prices may also be discussed in the meeting. On Friday, Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman had said in the Lok Sabha that the global situation is also having an impact on India. Right now there is a state of war and it is affecting all the countries and India cannot remain untouched by it. He said that when oil companies buy expensive oil, they will have to increase the price. The supply chain is also disrupted at the moment due to the war.
