According to information, out of the 71 MLAs of Uttarakhand, 44 MLAs, including the CM, have not given their property details to the Assembly. This information has been provided by the Public Information Officer of the Assembly. As per rules, hon'ble people are required to furnish the details of their assets in the Assembly every year.
