PM Narendra Modi is in talks with the hill and northeastern states including Punjab, Chandigarh today. In a conversation with the Chief Ministers, PM Modi said that the death of anyone due to Corona infection is uncomfortable. PM Modi said that in the future whenever India will study the fight against Corona, this period will also be remembered for how we worked together during this time, presenting the best example of Co-operative Federalism.

He said that the world's big experts, health experts, lockdown, and discipline shown by the people of India are discussing today. Today, the recovery rate in India is above 50%. Today, India is one of the leading countries in the world where corona infected patients are surviving. PM Modi further said that we have to always keep in mind that the more we can stop the corona, the more it will stop growing, the more our economy will open, our offices will open, the markets will open, the means of transport will open, and the more employment, new opportunities will also be created.

PM Modi said that the small factories that we have here are in great need of guidance, hand-holding. I know a lot of work is being done in this direction under your leadership. For trade and industry to catch up with its old pace, we also have to work together on Value Chains. Recently reforms have been done in the field of marketing of farmer's produce, it will also benefit the farmers a lot. This will provide new options to farmers to sell their produce, increase their income and we will also reduce the loss they had to suffer due to lack of storage.
