New Delhi: The country's Prime Minister Narendra Modi held a meeting with top secretaries of all ministries on Monday over the next five-year plans. Modi told everyone that the public has given us a majority for change and development. We have to focus on improving people's living standards. A five-year plan will be ready for each ministry.
