Gandhi Nagar: Today is the last day of PM Narendra Modi's two-day Gujarat tour. PM Modi reached the Statue of Unity today and paid tribute to Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel on his birth anniversary. After this, PM Modi participated in the National Unity Day Parade. Addressing the civil services probationers, PM said that Sardar Patel gave the present shape to the nation by making hundreds of princely states of the nation, one by one, princely states, making the diversity of the country the strength of a free India.

PM Modi, referring to Corona during this period, said that the corona epidemic came suddenly, it has affected human life all over the world, has affected our pace but the way 130 crore Indians have proved their collective potential to face this epidemic was commendable. Today, the country is recovering from Corona and moving forward in unison.

PM Modi further said that this is the same solidarity that Iron Man Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel had imagined. Our Corona Warriors, many promising colleagues of our police sacrificed their lives to save the lives of others. Giving life for human service and security after independence has been the specialty of this country's police fleet.
