New Delhi: The Prime Minister Narendra Modi before the presentation of Budget session talked with the reporters. PM Modi said it is the beginning of the new tradition. Budget is presented one month before. He also told that this time in the Union Budget, Rail Budget is also included.

He further said that the Budget session should be according to everyone wish and good discussion is expected in the session.
