New Delhi: PM Narendra Modi today interacted with fitness experts including Team India captain Virat Kohli, Bollywood actor Milind Soman in the "Fit India Dialogue" on Thursday at 12 noon. This dialogue was shared by everyone with their fitness mantra PM. Indian team captain Virat Kohli spoke about his fitness mantra during a talk with PM Modi during the Fit India Dialogue 2020, in which he said that the reason for his change from fitness is to always be fit for cricket.

Virat Kohli told PM Modi that he had to change his physical fitness and diet. For fitness it is necessary to create a good balance between mental and physical health. He said that your intentions need to be correct. Accordingly, your results will be fine. Kohli also told PM Modi how the yo-yo tests were done and why there was a need to establish this culture to maintain the fitness of the players.

Swami Shivdhyanam Saraswati spoke with PM Modi during the Fit India Dialogue on Thursday regarding the importance of yoga and its wider impact in the country and the world. Speaking about the combination of traditional and traditional rules coupled with technology by his Yoga Institute, Swami Shivdhyanam Saraswati said that it was not possible to learn yoga through theory and it was necessary to experience it.
