New Delhi: PM Narendra Modi on Tuesday described vaccination as a powerful weapon in the fight against corona and said the government's efforts to ensure its supply on a large scale are continuing. In his address after interacting with officials of states and districts through video conference, PM Modi said that in the second wave of the Covid-19 epidemic, a lot of attention has to be paid to rural and difficult areas. He said that only when the district beats corona will the country win the battle with the corona epidemic.

PM Modi further said, "Vaccination is a powerful medium of war with covid, so we have to overcome every confusion related to it together. Continuous efforts are being made to increase the supply of corona vaccine on a very large scale". PM Modi said that through PM Cares, work on setting up oxygen plants in hospitals in every district of the country is progressing at a rapid pace and these plants have started functioning in many hospitals.

PM Narendra Modi further said that the cases of corona infection are currently decreasing in some states in the country and are also on the rise in some states. He further said, 'We need to be more vigilant amidst the decreasing figures. Our fight is to save one life each'.
