New Delhi: Before the proposed elections in Bihar in October-November, PM Modi is going to do a dozen rallies in Bihar for the promotion of BJP-led National Democratic Alliance (NDA). According to the BJP, PM Modi will address three rallies in a day and CM Nitish Kumar will share the stage with at least one of them.

PM Modi's first rally will be held in Sasaram next Friday 23 October. PM went on this day and will also go to Bhagalpur. His last rally will be held in Araria on 3 November. Former CM Devendra Fadnavis, who is overseeing the party's Bihar campaign, said, "PM Modi will visit Darbhanga, Muzaffarpur, and Patna on 28 October (the first day of voting)". This is the first time that PM Modi is campaigning for Nitish Kumar. Nitish Kumar strongly opposed PM Modi's name for BJP's post of PM in 2013 and broke his alliance with BJP.

Nitish Kumar did not allow PM Modi to campaign in Bihar in the 2005 and 2010 elections. He feared that Muslim voters would leave the JDU because of his arrival. When Narendra Modi was the Chief Minister of Gujarat, the relationship between the two leaders was bad.
