New Delhi: PM Modi will lead the all-party meeting through video conferencing on Saturday before the budget session keeping in mind the functioning of the Parliament. Leaders of all parties have been invited to participate in this meeting to be held in the backdrop of the ongoing farmers' agitation against the three agricultural laws passed in September. The demand of agitating farmers is that the government should cancel these laws, but the government has not said anything in support of it.

On Friday, Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla held a meeting with the leaders, after attending which he said that he has urged the leaders of all parties in the Lok Sabha to respect the dignity of the House, their cooperation for the smooth conduct of the proceedings. It has also been sought. Explain that a total of 18 opposition parties boycotted the President's address.

Former Congress president Rahul Gandhi again said that the government should find a solution to the farmers' movement. While showing solidarity with the farmers, 17 opposition parties had announced a boycott of President Kovind's address. These farmers have been agitating on the borders of Singhu, Tikri Ghazipur including Delhi since 26 November.
