PM Modi to hold Covid-19 review meeting with chief ministers of 7 states

New Delhi: PM Modi is scheduled to hold a big meeting next week with the Chief Ministers of the 7 states most affected by the corona infection in the country. The meeting will be held on 23 September through video conferencing. PM Modi is taking these meetings at a time when more than 90 thousand new cases are being registered in the country for the past few days and more than 86 thousand people have lost their lives so far.

CMs of states like Delhi, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Uttar Pradesh will participate in these meetings. Let us tell you that 92,605 new cases were found in India on Saturday, after which the total number of infected people in the country has reached 54,00,619. According to the Health Ministry data on Sunday morning, 1,133 patients have died due to corona virus during the last 24 hours, after which the number of those who lost their lives due to the epidemic has risen to 86,752.

The total number of people recovering from Corona virus in the country has increased to 43,03,043. Also, 10,10,824 people in the country still suffer from the virus. According to the Ministry of Health, the rate of recovery of such patients is continuously increasing and it is currently 79.68 percent. In the last 24 hours only 94,612 people have recovered from Corona virus infection.
